This panel will feature a number of experts working in conflict and emergency situations who will engage in a discussion on the challenges involved in delivering health care to populations safely. Speakers will include experts from the Canadian Red Cross, the International Committee of the Red Cross, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), as well as local hospital directors, who will provide direct perspectives from the field. Participants will have an opportunity to ask panelists questions and engage in a discussion on the topic more broadly. The panel discussion will be followed by an optional screening of the film “Access to the Danger Zone.”
