You are invited to a panel discussion on LGBTI Issues around the World, which will be hosted by Matt DeCourcey and Omar Alghabra, Parliamentary Secretaries to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in partnership with the Pride Centre and the Centre for International Policy Studies at the University of Ottawa. This event will focus on the advances and obstacles to protecting the human rights of LGBTI persons, with a particular focus on how countries like Canada are working to advance equality for all. The event will be held on December 7, 2017. Doors will open at 4:15 p.m. and the event will begin at 4:30pm at the University of Ottawa Social Sciences Building (Room FSS 4004).
