Robert Farley has taught for nine years at the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce at the University of Kentucky. He specializes in military innovation and organizational dynamics, and has published in a wide variety of national security venues. His first book, Grounded: The Case for Abolishing the United States Air Force, came out in March 2015.
