Hélène Pellerin is Associate Professor at the School of Political Studies, University of Ottawa. Her research interests include international migrations, territory, borders and spaces of global governance, international political economy and the transformation of work, and the role of diasporas in the global economy. She is the author of La Perspective en Relations internationales (Athéna, 2010) and co-edited with C. Gabriel Governing International Labour Migration, Current Isues, Challenges and Dilemmas, (Routledge, 2008).
