**BY INVITATION ONLY**
The Middle East is going through a series of profound changes, perhaps the most profound in a century. Massive refugee flows, internal conflicts and a new foreign policy for Canada are all headline news however there are few guideposts as to where the region will end up, and how Canada’s interests there should be identified and pursued.
This one-day, closed-door policy roundtable will bring together Canadian Middle East experts and Canadian officials working on regional matters for an off-the-record discussion to be conducted under the Chatham House Rule. This roundtable is intended to provide a forum for an exchange of views and for the identification and analysis of the trends underway in the region and of Canada’s evolving interests therein.
Lunch will be provided
