Potentia: Journal of International Affairs is a scholarly journal which focuses on showcasing the work of graduate students from across Canada and abroad.  Managed by students from the University of Ottawa with support from the Centre for International Policy Studies (CIPS), Potentia provides a space for the rigorous academic analysis of contemporary international challenges and discussion of possible policy alternatives.
