Mojib Atal holds a PhD (Dr. Phil) from the University of Friedrich-Alexander-Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU), Germany, where he worked as a Research Fellow at the Central Institute for Area Studies from 2019 to 2022. He subsequently joined the German Institute for Development Evaluation (DEval) in Bonn, evaluating various programs and projects financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development within Germany’s Civil Engagement in Afghanistan from 2022 to 2024. In addition to teaching experience at the Technical University of Nuremberg (TH N), Dr. Atal has served as a political advisor, consultant, and project manager for various government and non-government organizations in the past.
