Caroline is completing her PhD at the University of Ottawa. She is the former Cadieux-Leger Fellow at Global Affairs Canada (2018-2019). Her research interests include international organizations, Canadian foreign policy, South-South cooperation, and multilateralism. Her research focuses on campaigns for elected seats on the United Nations Security Council and the implications of these campaigns for international recognition and status. She has also worked at Global Affairs Canada as an advisor to the Chief Development Officer and an evaluation analyst and has worked at the Ottawa Dialogue. Caroline has an MA from The George Washington University, an MA from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo.
