Organized jointly by CIPS and GSPIA, the Ambassadors’ Series, led by Mr. Jeffrey Simpson, will be hosting the Ambassador of Turkey, His Excellency Mr. Kerim Uras.
Turkey, under President Recep Erdogan, has become one of the world’s pivotal geopolitical countries, both for its foreign and domestic policies. Always a lynchpin in the Middle East, Turkey has taken millions of refugees from the Syrian War. In light of Turkey’s centrality to current world politics, CIPS and GSPIA are very pleased to welcome the Ambassador of Turkey, His Excellency Mr. Kerim Uras.
His Excellency Mr. Kerim Uras will give a talk entitled “Robust Diplomacy: Turkey’s Humanitarian and Enterprising Foreign Policy” and will discuss Turkish foreign policy and Turkey’s response to regional and global challenges.
