A talk by Stephen Brooks, Associate Professor of Government, Dartmouth College, New Hampshire.
Registration is not required. This event will be in English.
In this talk, Professor Brooks will challenge the notion that the United States is losing its dominant position in the world. Based on his newly published book, World Out of Balance: International Relations and the Challenge of American Primacy (co-authored with William Wohlforth), he will argue that American primacy is durable and that the US stands before a twenty-year window of opportunity to reshape the international system.
