In 2015, Global Affairs Canada (GAC) published a summary of the Evaluation of Canadian-Haitian Cooperation. What were the main findings and recommendations of this report? What lessons can be learned on a methodological and programmatic level? How is it influencing current cooperation and what does the future hold for this complicated bilateral partnership? How might this evaluation influence the renewal of Canadian engagement in fragile and conflict-affected states?
A panel of experts will reflect on these questions and provide insight and expertise on the framework of the report.

Coffee will be served starting at 9:30.
