Ms. Campbell is completing her dissertation entitled “Organizational Barriers to Peace” at Tufts University. She is also a Research Fellow at the Centre on Conflict, Development, and Peacebuilding at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, and a United States Institute of Peace Jennings Randolph Peace Scholar Dissertation Fellow (2008-2009). She has also served on the staff, or as a consultant to, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Forum on Early Warning and Early Response, UNICEF Burundi, International Crisis Group, International Alert, the World Bank Post-Conflict Fund, the National Defense University, Catholic Relief Services, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the World Bank Fragile and Conflict-Affected States Group.
