Daniel Livermore recently retired from Canada’s public service where he had a distinguished career as a diplomat and specialist of international affairs. From 2002 to 2006, he was Director General of Security and Intelligence. He also served as Canada’s Ambassador to the Republic of Guatemala and the Republic of El Salvador as well as Canada’s Ambassador for Mine Action. He holds a PH.D. from Queen’s University.
