James A. Larocco, Director General, Multinational Force and Observers (MFO) “The MFO in the Middle East: A Model for Peacekeeping in the 21st Century?”

James A. Larocco, who was previously U.S. Ambassador to Kuwait, was appointed Director General of the MFO in 2004.  He will discuss the role of the MFO and the broader international politics of the Middle East, including Iraq and Iran.

This event will take place in English.  It is free and open to the public, and registration is not required.
