Dr. Wark is Associate Professor at the University of Toronto’s Munk Centre for International Studies, where he has taught since 1988, and a Visiting Research Professor at the University of Ottawa’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. He has written widely on intelligence and national security issues, and was formerly president of the Canadian Association for Security and Intelligence Studies.
