Dr. Bobbitt is Herbert Wechsler Professor of Jurisprudence and Director of the Center for National Security at Columbia University, Senior Fellow at the Robert Strauss Centre for International Security and Law at the University of Texas, and a member of the Hoover Institution Task Force on National Security and Law at Stanford. His talk will be on his latest book, Terror and Consent (2008).
