The University of Ottawa Centre for Continuing Education and the Centre for International Policy Studies invites you to a conversation with Mr. Jean-Pierre Kingsley on Monday, March 27, 2017.

Mr. Kingsley was Chief Electoral Officer of Elections Canada from 1990 to 2007. He is a regular media contributor on issues pertaining to the Canadian electoral process. We will be exploring with him a variety of questions on the state of democracy in Canada and around the world. Mr. Kingsley will actively engage with the audience to take questions.
