Political upheaval and Russian military intervention in Ukraine have enormous implications not only for Ukraine and Russia, but also for Europe and NATO. How might this crisis play out? This panel of three University of Ottawa experts will examine the crisis from different perspectives:
DOMINIQUE AREL, Associate Professor of Political Science and Chair of Ukrainian Studies, will consider the political dynamics of the crisis within Ukraine.
PAUL ROBINSON, Professor of Public and International Affairs, will consider the Russian perspective and the relations between Russia and the West.
ERROL MENDES, Professor of Common Law, will address the international legal aspects of the crisis.
